Will Leap Second crash DB2?

Linux top greater than 100 percent - CPU

Question: I was using the Linux top command to monitor the CPU activity on a Linux server hosting. To my surprise , I saw the CPU at 202% - what?! DB2 and vSphere 4 limit of 8 vCPU

Question. In vSphere 4.1 there’s a limit of 8 virtual cores per guest. If the host has 24 cores available – and I have only one other Virtual Machine(VM) using 8 virtual cores – how can I utilise the remaining 8 cores?.
