DB2 TSAMP Clustering - Resource marked as OFFLINE

Question: I've installed the latest security vulnerability patching for jdk on DB2 TASMP clustering - and while running some tests i.e fail over and fail back , I'm getting a Resource Marked as offline. I've investigated the root cause - and fixed , and now I'm trying to reset the resource back as ONLINE. How can reset the resource?
